Equine assisted healing offers a unique path forward. Horses live entirely in the present moment, grounded in their physical bodies and attuned to the world around them. As intuitive and non-judgmental partners, they reflect your inner truth back to you, opening a doorway to the places words cannot reach. This connection also supports spinal energetics, helping you release what has been held in your body and stored in your energy field.

Rooted in 17 years of clinical study and a lifelong relationship with these gentle beings, this method ultimately helps you unburden what you've been carrying, listen to your somatic intelligence, and join in women's circles that celebrate the power of women.

About Steph

For as long as I could remember, I loved animals, especially horses, whose presence fascinated me. Growing up in a family that didn't understand them, my relationship with horses began at the age of 10. I learned that horses communicate through body language and the unspoken connections we share. They helped me become more present and in tune with my body—little did I know that this would lead me to study and eventually teach others about equine assisted healing.

Due to my early childhood experiences of sexual abuse and emotional neglect, I developed a keen interest in how the human mind processes trauma, which naturally drew me to support others on their healing journeys. I pursued a degree in Psychology, completed my Masters in Counselling, and further trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Specialising in trauma, I trained to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, where my work with horses deepened my connection to spirituality and energy healing. I learned about Spinal Energetics and integrated energy healing into my practice, creating a sacred container for transformation. My particular interest lies in addressing the Ancestral layers of healing that emerge when we delve deeper into our patterns.

Now, I blend all of my experiences from the last 17 years into my offerings. It is a great honor to work alongside my herd on our beautiful land, creating a space for others to connect and heal. I also facilitate women’s circles, fostering community and shared healing experiences.
